The company implement quality management system based on the international standard ISO 17025:2017 and fully committed to continually improve the effectiveness of the system by performing constant top management review, internal audits and capacity building of personnel with more emphasis on promoting process approach and risk based thinking. The integrity of our system is ensured through established quantitative quality objectives which are based on operational metrics, monitored, measured and reviewed time to time.
Objectives
The top management of RHUMB LTD is committed to the following:
- Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through reduction of non-compliance reported by the customer at a rate of 60%
- Ensure test results are valid and reliable at a confidence level of 95%
- Increase scope of testing activities at a rate of 10% annually
- Increase employee competence in respective roles by 10% yearly.
